Numbers 1:18, 8:9, 10:7, 14:5, 15:15, 16:3, 19, 33, 42, 47, 19:20, 20:2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 22:4

Numbers 1:18 and they GATHERED the whole union on the first day of the second month. Then the people recorded their ancestry by their clans and families, and the men who were twenty years old or older were listed by name individually,

Numbers 8:9 You are to bring the Levites before the tent of meeting and GATHER the whole union of the Israel’s descendants.

* Numbers 10:7 But when you GATHER THE MULTITUDE (gather everyone), you must blow, but you must not sound an alarm.

Numbers 14:5 Then Moses and Aaron fell down with their faces to the ground before THE whole MULTITUDE of the Israelite union.

** Numbers 15:15 One law shall be for THE MULTITUDE (everyone), including for the foreigner that sojourns with you, a permanent law for your future generations: You and the resident foreigner will be alike before the LORD.

** Numbers 16:3 And they GATHERED against Moses and Aaron, saying to them, “You take too much upon yourselves, seeing that the whole union is holy, every one of them, and the LORD is among them. Why then do you exalt yourselves above THE MULTITUDE of Y’H'Vah?”

Numbers 16:19 When Korah GATHERED the whole union against them at the entrance of the tent of meeting, then the glory of the LORD appeared to the whole union.

Numbers 16:33 They and all that they had went down alive into the pit, and the earth closed over them. So they perished from among THE MULTITUDE.

Numbers 16:42 When the union GATHERED against Moses and Aaron, they turned toward the tent of meeting – and the cloud covered it, and the glory of the LORD appeared.

* Numbers 16:47 So Aaron did as Moses commanded and ran INTO the middle OF THE MULTITUDE, where the plague was just beginning among the people. So he placed incense on the coals and made atonement for the people.

Numbers 19:20 But the man who is unclean and does not purify himself, that person must be cut off FROM among THE MULTITUDE (everyone), because he has polluted the sanctuary of the LORD; the water of purification was not sprinkled on him, so he is unclean.

Numbers 20:6 So Moses and Aaron went from the presence OF THE MULTITUDE (them) to the entrance to the tent of meeting. They then threw themselves down with their faces to the ground, and the glory of the LORD appeared to them.

Numbers 20:8 “Take the staff, and GATHER the union, you and Aaron your brother, and tell the rock before their eyes to yield its water. So you shall bring water out of the rock for them and give drink to the union and their cattle.”

Numbers 20:10 So the MULTITUDE HAVING BEEN GATHERED by Moses and Aaron were present facing the rock, and he said to them, “Hear now, you rebels: shall we bring water for you out of this rock?”

* Numbers 20:12 Then Ye’H'vah spoke to Moses and Aaron, “Because you did not trust me enough to show me as holy before Israel’s descendants, therefore you will not bring THIS MULTITUDE into the land I have given them.”

** Numbers 22:4 So the Moabites said to the elders of Midian, “Now THIS MULTITUDE of people will lick up everything around us, as the bull devours the grass of the field. Now Balak son of Zippor was king of the Moabites at this time.

The net bible translation translates qahall as “this mass” which is close in meaning to multitude except multitude fits better grammatically  in OT and NT throughout.
